What you need:
1 egg (separated)
8g almond flour
8g coconut flour
25g of greek yogurt
1 tsp matcha powder (or less if you don’t wanna get intensive flavor)
0.5 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
What to do:
Standard scheme for pancakes 🙈
Beat egg white with pinch of salt to firm peaks.
Mix yolk with all other ingredients.
Gentle mix both parts with spatula.
Fry on low-medium heat our pancakes and enjoy it!🤗
