liv001, I expected that this pasta would be super cheesy but it was like regular and a bit overcooked pasta. And it looked like a bit messy. But I added ham, parmesan and egg yolk (I forgot to buy heavy cream for real carbonara 🙈) and I could say that it was not so bad🤗

Is there a recipe you looked at or did you invent it? It sounds like a great idea.

liv001, I saw this recipe a couple months ago, but only now decided to try) Recipe is really simple and quick: You need: 1 cup of shredded mozzarella 1 egg yolk Melt mozzarella in microwave, give it a minute to cool down otherwise yolk would cook. Mix yolk into mozzarella. You‘ll got some kind of dough) Roll till thin this dough between two layers of parchment paper, cut on strips like fettuccine. Cook in a boiled water about 1 Minute and drain) Add your favorite toppings and enjoy 😉

It is time for to experiment with something new. Been doing the same for awhile now. I will try this (and fathead pizza and paleo paella - but not on the same day)

WOW, thanks, Koshka! I will most definitely have to try this sometime soon. Pasta is not one of my ADDICTIONS, thank the Lord, but it would be really nice to be able to make up something special using it! I didn't know it was even possible on Keto! Thanks for the insight!
