My weight went down.
I am encouraged by my progress.
Eating intuitively and focusing on high satiety foods I like, really is a motivator.
I feel the freedom of choice, freedom eat or to abstain when satiety is giving me excitement.
The excitement meaning, that maybe I shall be consistent naturally throughout my life.
141.4 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
