Dinner tonight: tilapia fillet (fried on ghee, with salt & pepper) and wild rice. I'm not sure if it is because of ghee but the taste of tilapia was simply out of this world! And the smell in the kitchen is just wow...

What is ghee exactly .. is it like butter or am I really wrong?? I see it a lot in Indian cooking and I'd like to try it in my reciepes :)

Bandrai, ghee is a form of clarified butter created by skimming the milk solids out of melted butter.
