My weight might be off because I don't think my scale is working right going to get a new one this week. My reasoning for losing weight is to get in a little better shape because as I get closer to 50 i'm noticing the weight is going on easier than it used to when i was younger and as well as to be able to last longer doing things like walking, mowing my lawn, sex, and other things I enjoy.
