Ingredients
Directions
- Break 6 large rectangle graham cracker sheets into 12 even squares.
- Arrange these in a 13 x 9" glass baking dish. Pre-heat oven to 300 °F (150 °C).
- Melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat.
- When fully melted mix in sugar, salt, and walnuts until fully incorporated.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, allow to boil for exactly 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Pour walnut mixture over graham crackers and spread evenly.
- Bake in preheated oven, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove with spatula and allow to cool completely on wire rack placed over paper towels.
