Directions
- Trim all fat on london broil. Cut meat into chunks. Brown in the soup pot.
- Add all of the other ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bring to a boil and then simmer for 2 hours, or until you can't wait any longer!

we had this last night, everyone loved it!! I substituted fresh zucchini, summer squash, onion, chopped potato, fresh green beans and a few carrots for the 2 frozen stew veggies..YUMM-O!
