Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Spray 8x8" baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cut 3 slices off the onion and set aside. Chop the remaining onion.
- In a small bowl mix oats and milk and let stand 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl add turkey, oats and milk mixture, chopped onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, egg beaters and mix.
- Spread evenly in the coated baking dish and top with tomato sauce the top with sliced onion.
- Bake uncovered for an hour or untill 160 °F.
