Crockpot steak you can serve over noodles, rice or potatoes.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cut steak into serving size pieces. Dash with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot.
- Add dill, onion, bouillon, and 1.2 cups water. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Take meat out of crockpot and place in bowl (do not drain).
- Using the juices in crockpot, add sour cream and flour, mix well and add meat, cover for 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.

I modified this recipe slightly for low carb (regular sour cream and Dixie Diner Thick-It Up instead of flour) and served it on top of steamed cauliflower, it was yummy and guilt free!
