Stuffed Green Pepper Soup
Deconstructed stuffed green pepper soup.
Ingredients
Directions
- Brown and crumble ground beef in a pot large enough to hold 10 cups, drain off grease.
- While beef is draining, sauté onions and peppers for 3 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for 1 more minute.
- Return ground beef to pot along with the rest of the ingredients except for the rice. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add rice to pot and simmer for 10 minutes or until rice is cooked.
- Note: makes 10 cups = 10 servings.
