- When bacon is starting to get crispy, add onions and mushrooms.
- As ingredients are starting to cook, add white cooking wine.
- Season with garlic salt.
- Beat eggs with mixer or fork then add to sauteed bacon, onions and mushrooms.
- Add cheese, slicing into small pieces scattered over the eggs.
- Turn eggs is spatula to cook thoroughly. Serve promptly.
