I like the idea of this....I recently also realized that Reduced Fat PB is higher in carbs...so I am trying something new...it's called "Better than Peanut Butter" the taste is excellent....little more creamy. Lower in carbs and sodium than the reduced fat PB...actually the reduced fat PB is only 35% less than regular, not all that much. Doctor OZ says that if you are going to have PB for the amount you use (on toast etc) go ahead with the real one....it is better for you and of course the protein is excellent.

I made cookies again today but this time I used Stevia instead. They turned out just the same except with less calories and more fiber. I hope this is helpful to other dieters!

Not good for Fat Flush at all. Peanut butter is not Fat Flush approved and Splenda is a big no no!

I usually just add the calories of all the ingredients and divide them by however many cookies end up coming out depending on the size of my balls. Hope that helps. If you don't want to do it yourself, add all the ingredients into a recipe on this site and I think you can change the serving size each time so that the site will do it for you. These are even better the second day around, they have the texture of a real cookie. They're still good the first day, but kind of candy like.
