Not a good recipe for stabilizing weight, let alone losing weight; nor is it low cholesterol or 100-200 calories because it is so delicious I will eat the whole 2 pounds.

I use a low fat low sodium brown sugar in all my receipts...which takes off a lot of calories...and of course trim the fat (before cooking) so the fat doesn't get into the sauce. I think this is good...I was looking for an idea on ribs that was good tasting and lower calories...this is a good option.

tasted very good. I love the ease of the recipe(marinating all nite)and just throw on grill. Its now January but it was worth braving the cold to eat this tasty meal!

Remove the brown sugar and trim all the fat from the ribs and you might have something here.

The serving size is 1 oz...which includes bones. This is terrible for Weight Watchers.
