ELT - Egg Lettuce & Tomato Sandwich
A light, tasty, vegetarian sandwich that has no cholesterol.

Directions
- Toast the whole wheat bread.
- Meanwhile, heat 1 tsp vegetable oil spread in a small frying pan. When hot, add egg substitute.
- Gently saute the egg substitute until it forms an omelette. Remove from the heat.
- Layer the lettuce, omelette, and tomato on 1 piece of toast. Top with the remaining toast, slice, and enjoy.
