Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Spray an 8 X 8 inch dish with non-stick spray.
- In medium bowl combine all dry ingredients.
- In separate bowl combine all wet ingredients.
- Combine both mixtures together.
- Bake for 25 minutes.

Finally found something that I can call breakfast for the kids or dessert. Thinking I'll Cut back on the cinnamon just a bit next time and mix in some chopped apples. Goin to play around to see how I can add in a bit of protein powder without drying it out too. That for breakfast? Kids would LOVE ME lol!
