Directions
- Soften the onion and garlic.
- Dice the carrot and add cauliflower in small florets.
- Sprinkle cumin over the top. Allow to sweat for a few minutes.
- Cover with stock and allow to simmer until vegetables are tender, use a blender to liquidate the soup.
