Directions
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add egg whites and cook until slightly set.
- Add turkey meat, cheese and olives.
- Fold and turn and heat until cooked.
- Serve with applesauce.
- Note: instead of the olives you can use 2 crushed macadamia nuts.
