Bar-B-Q Sauce
This is a wonderful homemade low carb BBQ sauce.
Ingredients
2 cups tomato paste
1 1/2
cups
water
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp coarse ground mustard
1 tsp paprika
3 tsps chili powder
1 tsp celery salt
1/4 cup one carb reduced sugar tomato ketchup
1/4 cup blackstrap molasses
1/4 cup steak seasoning
Directions
Mix everything together very well.
Store in container in refrigerator.

You can have molasses on the original atkins diet which is what I follow. There have been many changes to Dr. Atkins original diet by others who have used the name but their version.
