Angel Hair Chicken Pasta with Vegetables
A pasta dish for all to enjoy.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cut chicken into bite size pieces and cook then set aside keeping warm. boil water for pasta.
- Coat sauté pan with cooking spray and heat to medium-high.
- Add celery, leek and garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes until vegetables soften, adding a little broth to prevent burning.
- Add remaining broth and tomato paste and stir in tomatoes and seasoning and bring to a simmer.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions, drain and transfer into bowl.
- Stir chicken into vegetable mix and heat.
- Serve over pasta and top with parmesan cheese.
