Carrot Tortilla with Tuna Spread

Homemade dish for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grate carrots then mix with egg and parmesan cheese.
  2. Divide into two portions, flatten, and bake in the oven at 428°F for 12-15 minutes.
  3. Mix tuna, sliced cucumber, shredded lettuce, yogurt, and mustard in a bowl.
  4. Spread the tuna mixture over the carrot tortilla then serve.
