Directions
- Chop veggies into small bite sized pieces and heat oil in a pan.
- Cook onion and garlic in a pan on medium heat until onion is translucent.
- Put chicken in the pan and stir fry until browned and cooked thoroughly.
- Place the other veggies in the pan and cook until soft, add aji-mirin to keep them from burning if your pan is too hot. Add all of the rest of the sauces at once and stir fry until sauce has thickened.
