Hi I'm a mum in NZ masquerading as a student, pretending not to be a shonky housekeeper while trying to convince my husband I'm turning 28 not 36.
I have always been the chubby one, in my mid 30's and still waiting for that puppy fat to go is getting a bit tired. The only time I have had real long term success with my weight was in my early 20's living in London, to be fair my husband said living with a hungry chain smoking woman for years was not a way to gauge success, but he is naturally lean and 6ft + so our children better of inherited those genes and not my black humor and inability to reach high spaces. I quit smoking about 8 years ago when we decided to start a family and managed to gain all the recommended weight for my entire antenatal class then added more weight post pregnancy, I thought I was "chubby" then far out I was lean, retrospect what a thing. So I am doing the crawl back down the numbers to a respectable 85 kg, which in my teens and 20's would of seemed enormous but now seems healthy and achievable. I screw up lots and am highly opinionated, off to slay dragons. #winningwithsmallvictories
