Woke up around 4am with discomfort in the tummy. Felt like symptoms of acidity. Slight burning & pain. Took my thyroid med early today as i felt i couldnt wait till 9 to put something in my body. So at 7 ate a small cucumber & a slice of toasted bread.
worked out for 30 mins
ate a tbsp of sesame seeds
Nutritional shake for breakfast, 1/4 c poha with peanuts
4-5 cashews & 4-5 bhakharwadis

Breakfast: Nutritional Meal shake
Lunch: 2 Ragi(Finger millet) rotis with lentils dal &onion-tomato salad with only salt & pepper seasoning.
Snack: A few cashews and 4-5 mini bhakarwadis

Fell off the radar last year. Weight back to 63kgs. Was doing Intermittent Fasting on & off but now I want to be strict about it. So I am embarking on a low carb- no sugar diet. So my breakfast & lunch is mostly going to consist of Nutritional shake, Millet rotis & lentils. Hopefully this will make a difference.
Today I ate:
Breakfast: Nutritional shake, handful of Cashews & almonds
Snack: A few mini bhakarwadis
Overnight soaked legumes dal & 2 Jowar Rotis
No Dinner
