2oz canned chicken, veggie rice and i few drops of soy sauce....nom nom nom. low cal and yummy!

went over my calorie intake over the weekend, by a couple of hundred calories. I had been doing so well too. guess we can't win them all, so it's back to the grindstone for this week. it's going to take some serious dieting and exercise to get rid of what I ate over my calories.

Thoughts: someone told me recently that I should do my measurements. meaning chest, waist, butt, and thighs to see what I am actually losing in weight. I think it would be a good choice, but I've just been going off what the scary flat box in the floor screams when I stand on it. Is it better to do measurements or is it better to do scale. Thoughts anyone. I guess both would be fine but I've never thought much about it until today.
