Hello, I'm a nurse and I love taking care of others, however like a typical nurse I don't always practice what I preach. I'm middle age now and it seems harder to lose weight. Over the past 3 years I've gained 40 pounds and I can feel it affecting my body. I'm not as carefree about life as I used to be and my family medical history is not good, so I find myself worrying about my health. My goal is to get in better shape physically and mentally. I'm hoping that by signing up with this group that it will give me some guidelines to follow, I do better with a written plan.
