Raspberry Ketone and Aloe Vera Colon Cleanser - Opinions
Tried the RK tablets just made me sick, didn't seem to do much. I have tried all the Dr OZ tricks, none work. I am now sticking to natural organic foods. Eat banana and yogurt for lunch and snack before workout. Then some light dinner such as grilled chicken and riced cauliflower. Have lost 5 pounds in a week and I am not really hungry.
Good luck,

Eat a banana
The banana has saved me. Best snack. Keeps me satisfied for hours, great before workout. Only 100 cal. Very healthy.
