How long do you keep oversized clothes?
Congratulations that's an awesome tale to tell. Bully for you! Now, as to those old clothes...I get rid of them... and it feels wonderful. For me, keeping them around is like giving myself permission go gain that weight back. Now I have done that once, and had to buy some new clothes, but I'm on my way down again and will be getting rid of a round of "fat clothes" again soon. I love wearing vests, and, once I get to my goal weight, I'm going to buy my self one I absolutely love. Then I'm planning on wearing it a lot and if it won't button comfortably, I'll know I've fallen off my plan and it's time to get serious again. Though I'm no longer "dieting", I'm changing my whole life style and approach to food (per Dr. Mark Hymans "Blood sugar Solution"
and I don't expect to ever again go back to eating the foods that got me into this shape. Again, congratulations Linda, you've done very well...
