I am a single mum, 24 yr, college student, working full time.
I am at my highest weight, that I never thought I'd reach, but It's okay, I understand myself now. And i'm trying to fix the broken.
The diet im pursuing is Keto-Diet and I/F 18/6. I used Ketogains macrocalculator.
My macros consist of 1200 cal, 20 carbs, 50 gm protein.
