Avoiding people when your weight is up
Yes. I avoid people like the plague. That's one of the reasons I'm trying so hard to stay motivated. Tired of avoiding people.

I recently read an article on Beyonce' where she stated how much she hates water. She recommended adding a mixture of lemon and lime juice to give it a little punch. I absolutely LOVE it! I can't drink water without it. It taste so GOOD! There's no set recipe you just add it to taste. Whatever you like. I don't like sweet tea or sugary drinks so the more bitter the better for me. Just try it and see what you think. Remember to get it ice cold.
