Hello everyone.
Not sure what to say here. Ever since my early 20's I watched the scale go up. Right after OTB123 and I got married, I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism, then when I got pregnant with out second, I found out it was Hashimotos. Compounded with some nice PPD, I turned into a circle.
Back in the day OTB and I did Paleo for a bit, and it worked. But it all came back... because let's be realistic. Bread is amazing. As is cheese. lol This time around we made a life style change. Started by counting macros and tracking calories, exercising, etc.
I'll put my in weights, but my body has began to reconstruct itself. Luckily, I had to take measurements for a bridesmaid's dress in the very beginning. Long story short I went from a 2xl to a large now. 40DD to a 38C. Prior to this my fat pants (size 18) were snug. I am currently wearing a size 14.
OTC and I went on a hike the summer before this all started and we had to turn around, because I just couldn't do it. This past summer we spent a week in Lake George scrambling and hiking to tops of mountains I didn't think I could ever do.
In terms of food, I struggle with my peanut better addiction on the daily. I yelled at OTB the other day because he left an open PB container on the counter and I reminded him I was a recovering PB addict. lol Chocolate hummus and chobani zero sugar with protein granola helps. HUGE fan of the airfryer. Thoroughly miss boneless buffalo wings. I pretend the cubed chicken in the AF drenched in Red Hot is the same.... and it works-ish.
