I am newly disabled and after a year of being in bed I have decided I have to take charge of my life. I can't stay in bed forever because there is way too much left that I want to do. I have joined a gym and am going to be spending time walking in the water, stretching, and sitting in the hot tub. My goal is to be able to go hiking again. I'd love to lose weight as well but that is really not overly important to me at this point in my life. Being able to do things is much more important.
