Hey, I'm Mike. 9/1/23 update. Lost 37 lbs. this year, and aim to maintain this weight for the rest of 2023. I've totally cut out sugars and almost no carbs. It has been working great for me and the wife. I have normal blood pressure, even my heart rate is below 60. Feel great and sleep so much better. Totally done with the standard american diet. No more breads, pastas, sugar for me. Occasional fruit when it's in season, but hardly any veggies. Eat more Meat.
