Part of my problem is I love food. The other part is I eat when I'm stressed or depressed. In the last two years, I've made it half way through two pregnancies only to lose my babies to premature labor. Instead of losing my pregnancy weight I've continued to put more weight on through stress.
Now is time to take a stand and start a new healthy lifestyle, not only for me, but for my family too. If I cook healthy for myself then my family will eat healthy as well.
I've decided to try Fatsmash because I was addicted to Celebrity Fit Club and it seemed to work for them. So far, I'm doing well and losing the weight. I have not added excercise in yet, I'm hoping to start that next week.
