since I have lost weight....I look back and think of how the style of the clothes cut and the way my body would fit in the clothes. I was ALWAYS thinking of not fitting in my clothes like I wanted. Always adjusting, pulling, hiding me in some form or another. Then when I saw a picture of me I see that I'm not hiding it like I thought -YIKES! clothes controlled me, and nothing fit

What an amazing journey I am going through. I am now at the size and weight when I was in high school over 30 years ago. I am learning how to help others to achieve their goals. I am excited about my future and other people's future. Mine and my husband's energy is up and our children are telling us that we are annoyingly happy. it's a great day.

over the holiday break - loved seeing my kids! Lots of good food and goodies. I did great on my moderation of the goodies ;) just got weighed and my muscle mass went up 4lbs! and my body fat went down 2%!
What that tells me is to keep up the excersing over the holidays! Never give up!

Haven't pushed it lately and staying pretty level, even with a few eats I should not have had. Feeling great. Nice to feel like I still want to eat healthy but not guilty of the things at holiday gatherings - everything in moderation! I am keeping up on my exercising every week as it helps my body with movement.
I actually tried a size 10 on and it fit! I havent been in a size 10 since 1988!
Thats Progress! I am looking forward to the Holidays with family, but I also know that I can have one or two goodies, just not all the goodies ~ lol. Therefore I will pick with care of what I will have and leave the rest alone!

wow, still going down :) even though I cheated a little during Halloween, the scale still moved. what I am focusing on is my water intake, my portions (and the time I eat), and keeping my excersing regular.
Water and eating at set times are the hardest for me. Trying to get to 1 gallon a day is difficult. I'm at a 1/2 gallon and still working at it. Although my skin is looking great! And I feel the best I have felt in a lonnnnnng time.
I have put in a timer on my phone to remind me when to eat. I have noticed that eating every 2-3 hours really does help. I just have to get up and go eat when it goes off, otherwise the next thing it's beeping at me for the next meal! Dang :(
