I am not sure what my total carbs will be for the day since I will be going out to breakfast with a friend from work who is going through a trying time with her husband.

I took my car into the shop for repair yesterday morning at 0800, therefor I had no transportation to get to the gym so I missed my CRT class again along with my weekly weigh in. My car will not be ready until later today, I carpooled the the friend I mentioned above so I was able to get to work. Because of all of this I will not get a workout in again today. However if I get to the gym the remaining days of the week I will get in 5 workouts for the week, my goal is 6/week. Not bad.

This comming weekend I have my nephew's 10th birthday party. I will do my best to resist the temptation of all the carbs in the form of cake and ice cream. I took a vacation day on Friday the night before the party but work on Saturday night the day of the party.

I just joined a Singles Bible Study at the Church I am attending and I hope to strengthen my relationship with God and His assistance in my journey to a healthier me. Along with the support of the members and you my FS friends. My goal with the singles part is to just meet new people, develope new friendships and see what happens. With working over nights I have such limited access to meeting new people.

way over on my carbs today.

my body hurts from my last two workouts! especially my right bicep for some reason. It hurts so good! I am going to take today off of exercising and take my car in for repairs that I cannot afford but are necessary with winter comming up. I will attend a yogo session on Saturday if I have my car back or I can us Mom & Dad's car, the dealership does not have loaner vehicles, just a shuttle service.

I joined a singles bible study group at church. The first meeting is tonight. I am looking forward to meeting some new people. This is a new church for me. I was raised Catholic and this church is Lutheran but I like the programs it has availble and the services have fun music and a bible based message each Sunday. A great environment to meet other Christian people. I will try not to become overly involved with all the programs and overbook myself with activities.

I am a little up on my carbs again today. I had to go with inexpensive foods at Target yesterday as I was limited in funds.

No Limits Circuit was very intense. I was unable to keep up with all the jumping around because my chest bounced to the point of pain. I was able to keep up with most of the resistance training. Next time I will need to use heavier weights. Balance was also a slight issue for me during the class. I am sore today in my legs and butt. I will definitly be back for more punishment. I am looking forward to Pilates this morning at 10:00. I will get to the gym at about 8:30 and I did not get much sleep yesterday so I think I will rest for a hour our so before Pilates class in the lounge area and then do a short walk on the treadmill before class.

Andrea wanted to go to Target when I got home from the gym yesterday and that was a 3.5 hour ordeal. I thaught we were going for just the essentials! We got home at about 3:45, I did not get to be until 4:30 and my alarm went off at 9:00. She just does not practice courtesy.

not bad on my carbs today, although I still have a meal to go. I packed a protein powder in a shaker bottle to drink on the way home/to the gym after work tonight-I drank it already. I believe it is relieving the worst of the hunger pangs now though which is a good thing pre-workout. I also packed all my suppliments for the day so I could take them with my lunch and then with my shake.-worked well.

I will be attending "No Limits Circuit" for the first time this morning. I am a bit nervous. It promises to be an intense class. I may only make it to workout sessions this week versus the 6 workouts/week goal.

Andrea wants me to take her to Walmart this morning, she takes hours and hours in the store. I worked last night and again tonight-hopefully she will be kind and limit the time she spends there.
