today was not a good day. I started out real good with 1/4 c. of cottage cheese and coffee w/ fat free 1/2 & 1/2 than on the way to work I felt hungry so I stopped at a deli and had 1/2 sandwich of bacon,eggs & cheese on roll, when I got into work they had cheese grits for breakfast so I had that too. Not finished yet..... for lunch I had broccoli(good) with macaroni & cheese...lots of cheese....
oh noooooo whats for dinner--HELP
