Egg Whites
I was afraid to mention before but the ones here who are doing that also do the crossfit and follow some other diet... I thought it was atkins but I also thought atkins was for the whole egg as well...

Egg Whites
So some folks here in my office eat boiled eggs every morning but toss the yolk. Everything I have ever read sais the yolk is the best part in terms of nutrients and what is most beneficial. I eat 2 boiled eggs in the morning.. I couldn't imagine not having the yolk. Why toss it?

Can I change my entry weight?
welcome! I weigh myself in the am before I shower and at night before bed.. HOWEVER. I only post my drops when they are consistent. I have a 3lb range im always in so I don't bother unless its a consistent change. the yo-yo ing drove me crazy to see on the computer but some like to see it. a lot of folks pick a day and just weigh once a week...

Not dropping
I too have IBS and I find I hold a lot of water inbetween movements due to this...you bloat and are swollen a lot so it tends to be a lot of water weight.
when I want to de-bloat and get rid of that excess, I do a light laxative on a day I know I will be home. usually the day or next after I will notice a drop of at least 3 lbs that was all water weight. its not the greatest experience but it works. maybe try one of the cleanses or a fasting??? sorry - that's all I got..

Self control
I feel so much more power when I know I turned something down. my husband was eating chips last night on the couch and I could smell them and it was DELICIOUS> when he put the bag away - I thought - well at least I didn't eat any. I know the feeling of not eating them is stronger than when I do. so I focus on that and turn a cheek
