what do you do when you overdo eating ?
I'm trying to do a fast day afterwards in accordance with the 5:2 Challenge (five eating regular and 2 nonconsecutive days fasting with no more than 500 calories). I just started though. It worked one time. I had gained 2lbs from not adhereing to my LCHF Challenge and after fasting the following day, I lost 1.5 lbs. I'm sure both the weight gain and loss was due to water, but with high fat calories and little fiber, I think the fast may be helpful.
