New to Ketogenic WOE since the end of March 2016. I've lost a total of 12lbs since then.
Eating Ketogenic has lowered my cholesterol and triglycerides. Tri's were 298 in 2013, 260 in 2014, 225 in 2015, 111 in 2016 since eating Ketogenic.
Current goals for current numbers are:
1487 kcal Daily Calorie Intake
25 g Carbs (7%, 100 kcal)
70 g Protein (19%, 280 kcal)
123 g Fat (74%, 1107 kcal)
I plan mini weight goals in 10lb increments. The next goal is 150lbs.
