Just finished my first weight lifting workout! I AM PUMPED! I feel great now, although I am sure it will hurt later lol. I am excited to begin THIS part of my journey!

I honestly can't believe I lost anything between yesterday and today lol. My schedule was all KINDS of goofy. As some of you know, I work 3rd shift and I still maintain that schedule even on the weekends when I am not working....well I didn't do that yesterday. It was 80*, the sun was shining, I had the day off...It just would have been a shame to waste it sleeping. So, instead of going to bed by 10am like I normally would, I was up ALL day until about 5 this afternoon....and now it's 12:50am and I am just beginning my Sunday schedule lol. Oh well. At least I still dropped a pound.

The past couple of days have been so hectic. First with the goofy schedule and lack of sleep when we went and picked out the Jeep, then with our hectic work schedule. I am honestly wondering how I didn't gain MORE weight lol. So, this weekend is going to be about getting my sleep schedule back to normal, getting my water intake back up where it needs to be, and giving my body a bit of a caloric jolt by doing a heavy re-feed. Let's see how things turn out...

WOOOOHOOOO! Out of the 240s and into the 230s!!!!!!!! It's been 3 years since I have been in this weight range and damn it all it feels GREAT! And, even though I am thoroughly exhausted from the day Nick224 and I have had, it was still awesome to see that scale loss. We became "adults" today and purchased our first major item together....a 2014 Jeep Patriot Latitude with 18 whole miles on it!!!!! I LOVE IT! I have never in my life had a car fresh off the show room floor and boy did it feel good to drive off in it! Hope everyone is having a fantastic week! Much love :)

So, my "Sunday" (which is actually Saturday for the rest of the world, all because I work 3rd shift) was a re-feed day. I indulged in a much higher RDI than I normally have been. I allowed myself 2000 calories to work with. Now for the next 5 days I will hold to around 1200. It was nice to see a loss even after such a "pig out" day.
