Well, Not gunna lie. I did not stick to my diet at all this weekend on the trip home. I ate what I wanted. Im sure I have gained a few pounds as a result. I haven't been home yet and had the chance to weigh but I will. Tomorrow morning. I didn't waste my injections this weekend. So I am on a mini-steak day today and the gym for 2 hours after work. It will take a few days again to start seeing the weight drop But that's OK. I'm motivated more than ever and it was well worth it with all the memories shared are created this past weekend with family and friends. :) Its Monday and Back to the grind. Traveling home this weekend to see my family in South Carolina... Mom is making her famous Chicken Salad and Cookies. God help me to stay strong... LOL. I haven't cheated in 21 days on my diet yet... I don't want to mess us now being so close to my goal.

Found a great Recipe for Strawberry Ice cream that works on HCG P2 Protocol and believe it or not its sooooooo YUMMY!
If you're looking for variation or a sweet treat while on Phase 2 of the HCG Protocol, here is a recipe for Strawberry "Ice Cream":
100g fat free cottage cheese, pureed till smooth
1-2 packets of powdered stevia sweetener
2oz of FROZEN strawberries
1-2 cubes of ice
Optional: couple drops of flavored stevia or flavoring drops (Capella)
In a blender (or other related gadget), blend cottage cheese until smooth. Add frozen strawberries, ice, sweetener, and flavor drops (if you wish). Blend until smooth/consistency of icecream. Scoop out, and enjoy!
This is equivalent to 1 protein serving and about .5 serving of fruit (but you can throw in your entire serving if you like) on P2 of the HCG protocol.
