Hello all! I'm only 25 but have been struggling with weight my entire life. Fat Camp when I was younger, Weight Watchers, starvation, you name it, I've probably tried it.
This time around, I've got to make it work. At 5' 2", I clocked in at 247 lbs on January 2, 2009. I'm on South Beach Diet as recommended by my doctor. My health has started to suffer because of my weight. My doctor is concerned that I'm only a few years away from being prediabetic.
What's another reason? I'm getting married on November 7th! I want nothing more than to be a healthy and thinner bride!
My life is amazing! Now, my body needs to catch up!
