Dropped 40 pounds from 10-09 to 4-10 by exercising and walking everyday. Gained back 35 by NOT exercising. Feel like a lump of jello which makes me eat more. Very stiff, sore, and achy. Depressing. However, I KNOW I can do this, and I know I will feel fantastic if I just get up and DO IT!!!
I am excited about the challenges! They will encourage me to get up and complete the daily requirements as I do not want to fail or disappoint the other members.
