I've been waking up with a sore jaw-like I've been clenching. Last thing I need is a locked jaw. Breakfast:chicken mixed with cream cheese and green enchalada sauce. Topped with cheddar and an egg. Protein 3 times a day instead of one. Have a great day!

Steady she goes. I went to a bbq over the weekend. There were nice steaks. I was like. Is anyone going to eat that filet? no, well, it's mine 🤣 ..... anyone going to eat that other steak? NOOO, HMM, ok 👍 it's mine. I think I put away $30 worth of steak. They were good friends and going to feed it to their dog. Hell no. I'll eat it! hope you had a good weekend.

I usually don't dream, or at least I don't remember my dreams. The last few weeks, I've had wild dreams. I wonder if it's cuz I'm getting healthier and eating more on maintenance 🤔 I hope it continues. Getting good sleep is my most difficult thing. have a great day!

NY STRIP with a garlic butter sherry sauce. Not in love with the sherry on the steak but it was good. It needed some red wine or balsamic vinegar I think. TIGGER always gets a tiny taste. It's been cooler in the morning which has been great for walking da doggie 😀. Look for your meat sales this weekend. I got NY Strip for $10.99 for the full roast, and big chuck roasts for $5.99. I'm making corned beef out of two of them. It takes 6 days in the fridge to brine. My weight has been mostly stable and maintenance is going to be much easier with my freezer full of beef, eggs, and cheese. I've been doing my PT for my shoulder so hopefully I can do some real lifting in a month. Hope you're doing well. 🥩🥓🍳🧈🍗🧀🍤🍓🫐
PS, i didn't get my plasma protein up until I hit the beef. Chicken didn't raise it enough, nor did protein powder or eggs and tuna. BEEF FOR THE WIN.
