Change rest time
Enter other activity, as exercise. This includes sitting, standing, watching TV, shopping, housework. As you enter these, the time under Rest will automatically go down.

What Supplements do you use?
Coffee for me is a great appetite suppressant. I wonder if others feel this way.

Need Help
As you add other activities/exercise, resting automatically goes down. Look at all the activities and enter. There is even cooking, showering, shopping, but no eating, LOL. Even standing and sitting and reading are better than resting. Resting is basal rate. So you have to be lying down and not even thinking. So just put in sitting, if nothing else.
