Up .2, no big deal. Had a good week with food choices, but I'm struggling to find time to get on here. I'll figure it out. Still down 75.8 all total since May 2013, so I'm a very happy person about that !!

Glad to see another loss. Been lax with the recording here, but have been diligent with my WW tracking. I'll transfer it all over here so I can see the calories. Been SO busy !! Enjoying the walking, still the best thing I am doing for myself. Still going to Curves, but I think I'm going to focus on their machines that give me the biggest workout on my upper body. This means not using the little scan tab you put in each machine but that's ok. It's my money and I can use it the way I see fit even if they fuss!! This is a total of 76 pounds lost since May 2013, coming up on my 1 year anniversary with WW. Received my 75 pound award yesterday, very excited !!! Hope you all have a Happy Mother's Day, will try my best to get on here more because it's helpful and I want to be a help to you too ! :)

While I didn't track here and barely did on WW, I made mostly good choices, walked that treadmill and used the bike in the fitness room morning and evening, and still managed to lose .8 of a pound :) I was surprised. I would have expected and accepted a small gain and been happy with a maintain. We ate at Cracker Barrel several times, a fish house and a barbeque place. Had food in the room and also ate the breakfast in the hotel each morning. Now that I got through all that I'll probably struggle this week ;) Naw, it's all good !!

4 pounds off this week, these funny strange bodies we have......up, down, up, and down again this week.
Next week will be a challenge in itself. I am taking my mom and aunt to visit another aunt for 3 days plus travel. There will be a lot of sitting, then eating - they like Golden Corral and Cracker Barrel. I made the hotel reservations so I knew I could get a place with a treadmill & other fitness equipment, and I'll be on it each morning and each evening. Promise. Will be carrying some of my foods with me, and will make the best choices I can at the restaurants. Hoping for a maintain next week, then back to my own true routine when I return.....

I'm getting to where I'm not even breathing heavy after 2 miles and can do 3.25 with little exertion. This is at a 3.5 MPH pace, walking at a fast clip. Now, that's in the
cooler
weather - when it warms up I'll have to condition to that, but I'm not stupid either, will not do too much in the hottest parts of the day. That's asking for trouble :)
