I plan to be 135 pounds by May 30th, 2010. Since June 2010, I have lost 40 pounds, going from 210 pounds down to 170. Now is the time to kick it into overdrive. I have never weighed less than 165 in my entire adult life. Time for uncharted territory guys!! :)

January 31st - 160 pounds
March 30th - 145 pounds
Run 5km 3-5x per week
Strength training 3x per week
