This website is incredible and has a great community feel to it. I'm here because my fiancee just went on the Atkis diet and I'm doing everything I can to help her get to her goal weight. The recipes look deeelish! I can't wait to start cooking for her :-D
Personally, I'd like to put on muscle. I was an athlete during high school (class of '04) but since then I have lost a lot of muscle mass. I want to be lean and built. Whether that means weighing in at 185 or my target weight all though high school (210), I'd like to have the tight body with decent muscles.
