I got up to 236 haven't weighed in awhile so this is actually a loss.I am back to drinking my water.Exercise hurts but I am determined to do it anyway I will begin my day with prayers for determination to get through it. Enough is enough I ate my Faijita with no tortilla last evening for supper still alive,I drank water and chewed gum last night till bedtime still alive. I have been walking up a full street to visit a friend and back home still alive. My mom called me a whiner yesterday I have to get past my FMS and arthritis and do this. I will keep reminding myself of the many obese people I have taken care of and how they had to fight through pain like warriors at twice my age. I have three diet buddies to lean on I am not alone. I will not sit in my recliner for hours today I will get things done being active will help with the pain. I will take this day by day instead of looking at the months of days it may take to lose this. I want this and I need this. I will start using this tool of fatscret like I used to.

Trying again Monday my grocery list contained no pastas or rice mixes all I can do is try found a low carb group and that should help.

Smh all I can say is frustrating time to refocus and some how find the strength and determination to do this
