Happy Mother's Sunday...
23 This is what the Lord says:
“Wise men must not brag about their wisdom.
Strong men must not brag about their strength.
Rich men must not brag about their money.
24 But if someone wants to brag, let him brag about this:
Let him brag that he understands and knows me.
Let him brag that I am the Lord.
Let him brag that I am kind and fair.
Let him brag that I do things that are right on earth.

The story of my life. Jan, Feb and Mar I lose 25 pounds. With no meaningful change to my Apr food, I gain 9 pounds. Cal-In vs. Cal-Out says I should be 427 based on Q1 results. A 17-pound overage is more than two gallons of water weight. That's a lot of water. But, if it's not from food calories it must be water gain from salt... right? I promise to welcome any ideas anyone has. I do not promise to be happy about anything for the moment.
